Most people would expect someone in hypnosis to be sitting or lying down looking physically relaxed. But that isn't always the case. Relaxation is just one way of achieving hypnosis &, if you find it difficult to relax, probably the least helpful way.

That's a tricky one to answer as it can vary depending on the person and the suggestions given. The experience most people can probably relate to is similar to daydreaming, when your mind drifts between different thoughts.

It's never too late to use hypnosis to make a change in your life. (I've worked with people in their 90s) But lots of people tell me they wish they'd done something sooner as it would have made a huge difference.

Often clients come for help with issues relating back to not feeling good enough, not fitting in, not feeling understood or not being wanted.

It might be related to people treating them badly, being told by parents/teachers they'd never be any good.
