What is it that makes watching old unsolved mysteries so oddly appealing? I especially love when they have an “update” at the end when years later they find the missing person living under an assumed name in Toledo or whatever and even THAT footage looks like it’s from the Nixon era.

I have watched this movie more times than I care to admit and I hear you but also think it shows 2 things: 1) she’s gotten older, been through some shit, and has loosened up since college; and 2) hanging out with harry brings out a more fun, unpredictable side that was there all along
