Two pollsters have changed their weighting methodology in recent months. Opinium inexplicably introduced 2014 #Indyref weighting (more than 10 years on) for a Murdoch-funded paper. Survation 'forgot' to add 2014 weighting in their most recent poll (they've also forgotten to publish the result).
