When you make Carolina Reaper Tabasco sauce...don't rub your eyes and always wear a respirator. Full WHMIS/NBCW training necessary. We trained with pepper spray. This sauce is up there with pepper spray, but with a much more robust oak aged flavour.

Been in harm's way. Been shot at, and teaching is VASTLY more difficult and stressful than ANYTHING I ever did in the CF.
Anyone with more than 3 years in role as a teacher is a CPTSD casualty, as are EAs and Admin.
