Reporting like this is so fueled by misinformation that it is just stoking obsolescence paranoia for no good reason. Sony is not ceasing commercial production of Blu-rays. This is solely for BD-Rs, which you can still readily buy from Verbatim.

Reporting like this is so fueled by misinformation that it is just stoking obsolescence paranoia for no good reason. Sony is not ceasing commercial production of Blu-rays. This is solely for BD-Rs, which you can still readily buy from Verbatim.
