Having to get your sad pills- both being forced to have them delivered by USPS and having them 'lose them during delivery'- is both a first world problem, and really annoying

I'm unsure of what I was most known for on Twitter but I was earnestly working a personal project named Hieron - an existential horror story about four women trapped in a physicalized tulpa after dire egress. I've had to shelve it for now, but am working on something exciting in the interim!

Watch today is a Soviet-made handwound “medical watch” from 1989 by Slava. The scales help you determine the patient’s heart rate. You must wait until the seconds hand reaches 0 or 30, then count 15 patient pulses. Where the seconds hand is on the scale at that moment is the heart rate.

Therapy has been so beneficial
It's made me cognizant of mental roadblocks, and helped me recognize how trauma affects the body.
The only stupid thing it has unlocked , is that I will cry at the dumbest fucking shit. I watched a video of Saturn rising from behind the moon, and started ugly sobbing
