Good point made by several that UK Government accounts should prepare to stop using X. There are no legal reasons that I can think of why the UK Government should not stop using X if X fails to clean up its act.

I've just arrived at Leicester General Hospital. Didn't have change for the pay & display. A lady in a hijab very kindly gave me £2. I offered to buy her a coffee later but she said "no it's OK, just pay the favour to someone else :)"
