Jill of all trades, mistress of no one.
Since he brought it up, I hope Heuston is asked about sending an arrestee to the hospital for defecating (while in custody?) Of course you can't load up an ambulance with suitcases & personal belongings. It's not a taxi. Sounds like it wasn't an emergency, just an officer getting rid of him quickly.

Damn these ghouls

I'm so proud of you!! Meanwhile, I'm experiencing an early snowstorm today lol.

As to the Court, I highly doubt it. They set the rules.

The CA Supreme Court hasn't acted yet. All we have left is people power and public shaming & shunning. Good on you - I'd love to join you out there with a sign, if only I could!!

No but of course he did. Bastards.

Yeah I knew that.

Are all of trump's (known) descendants Christian?

I'm guessing it's the 1st priority for Dept of Defense in Project 2025: threatening and silencing the top brass.

Generals/admirals will be told they will be charged with treason if they tell those they command to disregard illegal orders (as if that's a partisan, political position.)

I believe in the rule of law, and corporate officers rightly have a fiduciary duty to their corporations.

So we need to change the (common) law. It should be a defense to a breach-of-fiduciary-duty shareholder lawsuit when a media fiduciary clearly stands up for the 1st A rights of all Americans.

Just because there are not always obvious answers to legal questions (when is a killing in furtherance of an act of terrorism?), it doesn't mean the DA or the judge is incompetent, or that politics is involved.

Applying the law to a set of facts can lead to opposing good-faith opinions.

I suggest reading the criminal statute & the court's Decision.

The remaining 2nd degree murder charge requires Intent. But 1st degree murder requires Intent PLUS special circumstances (here, victim was killed in furtherance of an act of terrorism). www.nysenate.gov/legislation/...

Trump is severely limited and completely devoid of empathy.

Who in the DOJ? Was it a court filing?

Wealthy Trump abruptly cancelled a little over $1,000,000 a year for programs in a group of 8 states serving, collectively, more than 1,000 deafblind minors in those states.

So that's approx $1,000 per deafblind student, per year, ripped away at the start of the school year, right?

Amoral bastard.

Mine's attached to the dash. Then again, I have a very old car :)
August 24, 2025 at 4:29 PM
How do you know this is an illegal tactic? Issuance and use of confidential license plates is legal in IL for "confidential, investigative, or undercover law enforcement operations". (Do ICE abductions qualify?)

But there's a paper trial - DHS must accurately disclose intended use in applications.

Isn't it easy to cover up the dashboard VIN? They could simply lay an envelope over it. You could, too, on your own car.

Perhaps high-powered camera lens on an open driver's side door?

The hippie motto "Don't trust anyone over 30" [years old] was created in 1964. Anyone over 90 yo today was *at least* 29 in 1964.

Jack Weinberg, who coined the phrase, is only 85. Sorry, Stephen Miller, your math doesn't math.

I agree. The offices are powerful, and the incompetent trump regime wantonly misuses and abuses the powers of those offices.

Doesn’t Subway offer 2-for-1 footlongs on Sunday? He probably already ate the other one.

Which does not lessen the ‘impact’ of the act.
