Speaking as someone who was previously on national news for getting personally hung out to dry by the EHRC, this [bull|bat|horse]shit "guidance" from them isn't in any way surprising, but dropping it at midnight on a Friday and trusting the news cycle to wash it away is just staggeringly cowardly.
