Update, I bought another set. The new blue power supply piece crapped out as a power supply but still lights up when connected. I’m up to almost 200 combinations/shapes at this point.

I think the last one is my favorite so far, with the green sticking up over the purple and orange on the sides.

Putting them in weird positions has been easier than regular ones! I’m enjoying this too much

It’s been fun!

I’ve been rearranging it every time a light goes out. Sometimes it takes 30 minutes, sometimes 2. Here’s what I’ve made work so far.

I still love it though, and it looks a bit better in the dark.

I used to have to build this so that all the metal parts lined up perfectly and I thought that was hard. Now that I have to put it together where “perfect” means sometimes leaving gaps or twisting a piece forward or backwards I yearn for those days, this took about 30 mins to make them all turn on.

Although it’s generally frowned upon, nobody can stop you from leaving these dolls at the safe surrender site.

Got a new one

I got my daughter a hoverboard with a go cart attachment for Christmas. The front wheel kept coming off, and when I looked into replacing it people suggested none of them are good quality.
So I made the one I got high quality with the clever use of duct tape and bungee cords. Works now!

I left Twitter because this App was supposed to be better. And when the next app comes along with grand promises of not platforming Nazis and facilitating harassment of marginalized groups?

There are like 18 ways to pronounce this that make sense to me. The fanciest is pee-can care-a-mel soup-reems, but the one I grew up saying is peh-cahn car-mel suh-preems.
