I think the Fawcetts have provided so much to this community over an extended timeframe that I think it probably actually is debatable whether their development has any bearing on their donation to the Arts Centre or whether they are doing this because they want to leave a legacy.

Defence and goalies were objectively upgraded from what Keefe had. If Keefe had last years goalies + Tanev, they would have likely gone a lot further in the playoffs
