I had such a wonderful start & end to the work day:

🏋️‍♀️ A gym session & sunrise swim
🍃 Finished with a 3 mile wander through the woods

I wish I hadn't checked the news in between, because, WOW, it's been quite the day for the mad (🍊) toddler 🤯
