As someone who didn't like Prey much at all and only enjoyed part of the recent animated anthology I went in with no expectations, but wow, how good was this.

Yeah the one or other I get to see in 3d and it's always interesting if/how a movie manages to utilize it. (I like it, even if there's a bit more eye strain for me and a little loss in vibrancy.)

What do you mean, you're duplicating some of the metal parts & separate them out so you can paint the proper bounce light in for each colour?? Yepp, classic me.

Making it a cube, the perfect form was a great move too. I'm unreasonably excited and interested in the Steamframe thing since this could be my entry into VR if logistics and money work out for me.

I fell into acrylics back when painting miniatures decades ago and was astounded how fast they dry, which I guess lends itself to my workflow. For better or worse. Since I also like to obsessively blend.
