Handstand hold practice. 3 attempts as long as you can. Leaning a bit on the wall I managed 2:04, not bad!

No WOD today

Actually after 2 weeks and no improvement I went to get my hand checked. They think more likely is a ligament but not discarding any type or injury nor treatment (surgery included) X-rays should reveal more and they’ll let me know a follow up later on.

Heaviest: 165 (= my clean PR)

Don’t want to overdo leg but going heavy on Friday

When I first saw him. He woke up and then the morning animation happened. Then I’m right next to him and he’s fast asleep again, perfect timing as I was able to catch him with a Quick Ball without a fight XD.
