These low numbers have nothing to do with my finger (I taped it to my ring finger and was fine), the move involved the squat, which I’m still not good at how to combine yet!

The actual surgeon called and gave me different odds of recover my finger mobility, and they are… not good.
In short he recommended against having the surgery done. Gave me a whole explanation not short enough to fit in a post.
Dunno what to do, they want an answer by Monday.

Still in the middle of the snatch month, but given circumstances I have to switch to light weight and practice form. Coach says mine is looking much better so far. No heavy weights doesn’t mean no progress!
Then 10:00 EMOM pistol squats. Managed 6 each minute. Good thigh workout!
