Partner and I have been playing everybody's golf together and when you get a birdie there's a man off screen who says "nice birdie" and I laugh under my breath every time like a child and my partner thinks I'm stupid haha

After 50 million years I finished TOON's ref!
It's an experiment made by Bonbon - a weird scientist in Toontown Central. Despite being similar to Flippy in appearance, TOON is a bit wacky in it's own way!
