5. Onyx Storm by Rebecca Yarros

Finished this back in May. I read this immediately after book 2, so I was aware of who's who... But halfway through, things became too convoluted (too many names thrown around, not enough care into worldbuilding). I shut off my brain, and went along for the ride lol.

4. Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros

After 623 pages, I finished the 2nd installment of the Empyrean series. Enjoyed the continued world building, but the story itself wasn't as enticing as Fourth Wing. I could do less with the couple drama too 😂

2. Finished Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros the other day.

A coworker recommended this as an intro to the romantasty genre. I haven't read a thicc book since Harry Potter, but once the story picked up, I thought it was a page turner. It's a guilty pleasure book and overall entertaining.
