Who doesn’t want less inequality and more 💰 in their pocket?
Who doesn’t want clean food, air and water?
Who doesn’t want affordable, dependable healthcare?
Who doesn’t want freedom from corporate control?

The right may have money, but the left has the better message. We just need to amplify it

It's corps. / the rich vs. the middle / working class to claw back New Deal-era policies / post-war liberalism. The right has endless money and capital. The left needs a concerted effort to build a network of funding, think tanks, and messaging—just like the right did in the '70s and '80s.

It feels more and more like Trump is laying the groundwork to create conditions for his own Reichstag Fire moment. We must "fight like hell" but remain peaceful to avoid giving him what he wants.

I hope there's a gate into heaven that checks if you voted 1. were republican 2. voted for Trump.

Easy Filter.

If tax cuts for the rich actually 'trickled down,' billionaires wouldn’t keep getting richer because they’d be spending that money. Why then does their wealth keeps skyrocketing? This is a dead giveaway that they don’t reinvest it, they hoard it. Simple rationale. Why isn't this ever brought up?

Why nothing gets done:

1. Career politicians care more about keeping their seats than their constitutional oath.
2. Extreme division—made worse by point 1—keeps the country paralyzed.

This paralysis creates fertile ground for calls for a CEO-style government over democracy.

We need term limits!
February 13, 2025 at 4:41 PM
This is why we need a constitutional amendment to impose term limits. Career politicians prioritize their own interests over their oath to the Constitution. McConnell voted correctly against Gabbard because his career will be over any day now due to his age.

Do Americans want safe food?

Which Departments are responsible for food safety?

USDA
HHS -> FDA and CDC
Commerce -> NOAA (fisheries)

If one Department is disabled, we don’t have safe food

Tesla's stock is ridiculously overvalued, and even a modest consumer boycott could tank the company, which accounts for the majority of Elon Musk's wealth.

Don’t Buy a Tesla. Sell Your Tesla. Refuse a Tesla at the Rental Counter. Yes—It Will Help.

When Trump was sworn in, Elon Musk's corporations were under more than 32 investigations conducted by at least 11 federal agencies.

Most of the cases are now closed or likely to be closed soon, and the federal agencies are being defanged by DOGE.

Funny how that works, huh?

It was a strategic bluff.

Biden’s illegal student aid plan was structured to take months knowing it would be struck down. He'd get credit for “trying” and shift blame to the courts when blocked.

Meanwhile, DOGE acted immediately, freezing funds without approval—a highly illegal overreach.

The judiciary is the last guardrail we have

Congress (GOP) won’t check Trump and the executive branch is full of loyalists. If rulings are ignored & Congress won’t act then checks & balances have failed

What happens when the rule of law collapses?

The republic is at a breaking point. Scary stuff

Does anyone know where the $40 billion figure for Biden's EV infrastructure bill came from? Doge apparently found it and now Rogan is going off about it. Only $7.5 billion was originally planned. Also, why did it take so long to build only seven stations as of March 2024?
Biden’s $7.5 billion investment in EV charging has only produced 7 stations in two years
The network of fast chargers promised by the Biden administration has had a painfully slow rollout.

In 40-50 years we'll run out of oil. Everyone will have EVs which will be a win for air quality and noise polluton. cant wait!

All of this effort to cut spending is to justify reducing taxes on the wealthy.

The wealthy gain more wealth, while everyone else loses essential services, research, public infrastructure, weakens national security and global stability.
