Still watching the world turn and hoping we live long enough to see the future we dreamed of on Star Trek.
Refuses to quote? He quoted the same info in the second post in the thread. He also linked his article rather than just screencapping. Care to do the same?

No, Wally, Ontario law says you have to stop at a marked crosswalk until the pedestrian is fully across the road. What you posted was their “here’s how you protect yourself from reckless drivers,” not the law.

Also, this hit-and-run was in Airdrie, Alberta. So either way, your way breaks the law.

She’s also ignoring that she LOWERED minimum wage for children under age 18. Not sure why youth unemployment is so high; who doesn’t want to get a job that pays only $13/hr? Especially in cities with bursting classrooms & lottery schools where your daily transit commute could be 2-3 hours. #sarcasm

Because we write numbers out with the words “millions” & “billions” to make our lives easier, we lose the zeroes and the value of numbers of scale gets deceptive. Here’s the math if it was a personal worth of $100K - $100,000 more assets than loans/debts.

The wedding cost $8.70.

It’s the only explanation.

Never forget: Kenney publicly signed a large pledge document and Smith made a promise.

They are oathbreakers.

Why do people continue to vote for them, when they continually lie? Do they really paint alternative parties as worse, or do people really have such short memories?

This is my Puli, Lexx. He is the size of a beagle wearing a coat made of Swiffer pads. And that’s how much dust and dirt they attract, too.

French dock workers are in solidarity in refusing to contribute to genocide by just doing their jobs.

We can refuse to be part of the problem. ✊🏻

You can buy a 26 L water storage jug that’s compact to store in the vehicle but harder to handle than smaller jugs. You can find them at the Hardware/Camping store vs Pharmacy/Grocery store.

They accidentally built the Cybertrucks with 2 sharp metal boomerangs. A boomerang is a hunting weapon.

Who is in charge of design at Tesla, Captain Boomerang or Immortan Joe?

One more way Costco supplies my house with most of our groceries: iodized sea salt.

My thyroid is grateful.

Even Angus Reid think Kevin O’Leary is talking out of his ass when he says half of Canadians want to join the US.

LOOK AT ALBERTA’S NUMBERS. You know; Texas North? Even we say hell to the no.

Also, *sigh* Alberta and WTF BC.

This is a painting my artist friend Jenn Kovachik did of the Salmon Arm Salute years ago. Every time I read one of those stories, this painting reminds me of how proud he’d be of JT standing up to bullies. jennkova.com

I wonder if they source differently depending on where you live in Canada. These are the ones I have at home. The kits are from Costco so if you have a membership you can buy them there.

Pay attention to labeling. Canada has strict marketing laws. You can import the materials but it must be assembled/constructed here to be labelled as “Made In Canada.”

There are Cdn-owned businesses that use “Proudly Canadian” branding but the items are manufactured elsewhere.

Shop with knowledge.
