as an undiagnosed autistic youth i looked to movies and tv shows to help me navigate the world. only it turns out some of those "romantic" movies just made me more susceptible to love bombing. that and my own trauma. 🫤

I'm NOT making this up: The woman who painted the stepback illustration for Flowers In The Attic (the picture of the Dollenganger family on the inside of the cover) is Gillian Hills, who was also the singer of the 1960 yé-yé hit Zou Bisou Bisou (the song Megan Draper sang to a mortified Don).
