Hi, Bluesky. Our friends from @cpsc.gov said we should join. Our memes are less unhinged but we try to be funny sometimes.

What we really want to do is make sure workers know their rights and employers understand their responsibilities — and where they can go for help with a workplace issue.

According to the MAGA trash I have to work with (who for some reason are super proud to be in the UAW 🤷‍♂️), the LA fires were DEFINITELY started by Mexicans because they know they are all about to be deported.

No one with “masculine energy” ever talks about it. Only small insecure men constantly trying to make up for their shortcomings talk about it.
Money can’t buy it.
You have it or you don’t.
If you do, you never bring it up because it just is.
Boys talk about “man stuff!”
Men just are.

The ceasefire being signed on the same day a new YouGov poll shows the number one reason Democrats stayed home in 2024 was Palestine - and that that margin was more than enough to win Harris the election - is a perfect little synecdoche for the last 2 years of this admin.

Epistemically evil.

this is what long-time Elon watchers call "The Realization": when Elon stumbles into your area of expertise, and you realize everyone just gives the guy the benefit of the doubt because he talks about complicated things people don't pay attention to
I’ve been thinking about how monumentally stupid the Elon video game cheating thing is and I think it comes back to this post

there aren’t a ton of people who work in cars, or rockets, or even software

but everyone - everyone! - understands cheating at video games

totally unnecessary self-own

In his farewell address, Biden calls for:

An end to dark money

18 year term limit on Supreme Court Justices and ethics reform

A ban on stock trading in Congress

Amending the Constitution to say no president is immune from crimes committed in office

This is a very good idea. Treating these hearings like business as usual only serves to normalize the Nazis we're about to hand the government over to.
The best Democrats can do against Trump’s terrible Cabinet nominees is NOT support them -- a unified rejection -- and clearly state why. Lending legitimacy to the proceedings has the same impact as what happened with Amy Coney Barrett.

The right stayed a steady and consistent course for over 40 years to get to this point.
One thing the left has to let go of is the romanticized idea of how change happens.

Fuck Joe Biden and fuck Donald Trump.

Two sides of the same coin.

Good riddance.

Thanks for ensuring we are all fucked for the rest of our lives.

If Trump had won in 2020, we would all be celebrating the most progressive president in American history on Monday.

This is Biden's legacy. He almost single-handedly ensured we would be entering this hellscape instead.

Sure, Trump would have fucked up alot of shit, but we had the ability to...

I have basically lost my wife to this stupid fucking cancerous app:

TikTok reportedly will shut down the app in the U.S. unless the Supreme Court halts a law banning the app unless ByteDance divests its stake.
