not the far northside, but the music box always has them in my experience! it also looks like metropolis might have them too based on this map but can't personally verify.

Computers were a skill. They were taught in classrooms as a skill. Skills give you power over your tools because you work them as an expert and that is leverage to multiply externally.

And then computers became an A/B tested telemetry-based advertising conduit to brains for SaaS recurring revenue.

i've been at the kedzie green line station a lot for work lately and the vacant lots have been killing me. amazing and very overdue to see affordable housing come to that lot!

bummer they didn't give this one the palmisano treatment. might have helped with the drainage issues too!

look, we can have a real debate about the merits & issues with inclusionary zoning as a method of addressing affordability going forward. what rankled me was you cheering the idea of the supreme court ruling the roof over my head unconstitutional. that sucks but i know you didn't intend it that way.

nope! i can't afford to pay $1300 in rent any more than i can afford to pay $1700 in rent. hence my need to live in a designated affordable unit.

the housing crisis is acute and needs immediate solutions like IZ AND supply solutions like upzoning, single-stair, and eliminating parking minimums.

i know this is social media so i'm supposed to respond with something snarky like "can't wait to be homeless in the hopes that 5 years from now enough development has taken place to make apartments affordable" but honestly this just sucks and makes me feel scared.

glad you're excited though.

as someone currently living in an apartment made possible by inclusionary zoning, gotta say i disagree with you on this one!
