My Lyft driver’s partner just called him and asked him to run home around 1 and turn off the crockpot. This man huffed like he was so mad she would even ask. Dude—your job is so freaking easy to run home and do that. Jerk.
I’m considering giving him 4⭐️ and a note to help his wife out when she asks

My neighbors must be made of money. They’ve been setting off fireworks since it got dark at 5:30 pm and it is nearly 12:30 am. Even the professional fireworks don’t last that long!

It is 2:47 pm and this is the first time I have been at a tolerable temperature all day (either hot or cold-- mostly cold). They say that Lupus makes you intolerant to cold, but I am getting tired of never being comfortable!
