PSA: I got a lunch deal from Coles - main, snack and drink for $10. While the sandwich was mid, this pudding was DELISH and it's vegan & GF for those so inclined. Enjoying my Karma Rama juice too. Pretty sweet deal overall 👌.

I think I've been getting too cocky about my yoga skills and overdid the camel and bow poses this week. Back spasms are not fun. 😣🧘♀️

I'm one week into my new job AND I have ridden my bike to work on my office days this week. Both of these things were quite daunting but it all seems to be going OK so far, so I'm sharing this little pat on the back to myself for accomplishing new and scary things 😀.
