I don't think this is unreasonable. You don't have to be hugely muscular to move a lot of weight. You can train for strength and not muscle. Hard agree on the DL though.

I feel guilty about not writing all the time when I'm not doing it even though I write SO MUCH and obviously deserve time when I am not making shit. But it's a hobby, and we're not beholden to anyone but ourselves (who is ofc our worst critic).
