she's talking about coordinating with them before these attacks like it's a legitimate law enforcement organization and not a two-decades-long rogue DHS squad with increasingly more power and problems.

she (her consultant led staff) followed it up with a message that ICE should be "coordinating" with local law enforcement...so not sure it's derangement but an overwhelming angry frustration with the bullshit from Democratic leadership 🤷
