I guess it’s possible the trump administration could argue it was “intentional” baiting — tho they said nothing of the sort when DHS replied to our comment request — but even if they did, it… says something that ICE didn’t actually take away the 21 year old 🤔
ICE convinced a woman she was being arrested and then threatened to take her baby into custody unless a relative showed up to take her.
It was all a ruse to get her mother to leave her house.
