I mean, we clearly *should* be until we get our act together

Not saying that the guy at my store who thought it was cute to repeatedly copy Time Stretch was *explicitly* the reason I jammed Stranglehold in every deck I had with red... but also not NOT saying that

Not even a day later I am completely exhausted with the reputation-washing of this dude by the mainstream media. As the man once said, you do not, in fact, 'have to hand it to him'

This, from @drewmagary.bsky.social 's Bills WYTS, is ice-cold. Which, I suppose given the weather in WNY, is apropos, BUT STILL.

LOL Milwaukee fans crashed georgewebb.com in the wake of the Brewers' 12th(!) win in a row. The people want their burgers and they want them now, dammit

4 cards, 4 pieces of proof that I not-so-secretly hate everyone, as suggested by the way I enjoy magic:

Love the flavor here. Do NOT love what this is going to do in Commander Brackets 3 and under. "Oops, I accidentally drew my entire deck, aren't I a loveable scamp, tee hee"

I'm not sure if I am tickled or annoyed by this. (from magic.wizards.com/en/news/magi...) #mtgstory

Magic: the Gathering players have!*

*maybe. Card is too narrow for constructed, too hard to draft around, does literally nothing in singleton formats. But it is at least plausible!

@jeramey.urbanmilwaukee.com knows this to be true but this is the closest he can come to saying so in a news article

On my phone so pretend I posted this on the Amateurs meme template. In any case: AMATEURS.

Chag peach sameach! Courtesy of my almost 10-year-old, here is a Lego Seder plate. (He regrets he was unable to find his bone piece or horseradish and begs your forbearance. I think we'll forgive him)

I remember seeing this poster in London in 2002 and thinking "Boy, that's a little on the nose". How far we have come in the field of "Terrifying dystopia posters" in the last 23 years

I am the same age as Emil Bove. I definitely look older than I did 10 years ago (holy white beard Batman) but I'd like to believe I am still less evil-aged than this dude

The world sucks right now. In an attempt to make it suck less, slightly, I made croissants. (While I can still afford the egg wash.)

You are SO CLOSE to realizing why Howard Ave was redesigned like that, my man. Take it one step further. I believe in you!*

*i absolutely do not believe in him or anyone else on BVTH complaining about this

For real, I've been playing EDH/Commander since 2009 and this card has EASILY produced the most salt for me overall. It's really not even good! So many decks in Commander treat their bin as a second library anyway! But it mills SO MANY cards without even trying. Altar of the Brood could never.
