I think it says that any reason for any "temporary" redaction will be published in the federal register. It'd be impossible to know if everything was released and what was in the stuff reported as destroyed.

They might report that documents were destroyed and that they don't know what was in them.

I didn't like his pension bill and neither did the ISC (excerpt attached). I don't think he's right for the moment.

Even using a flawed "permanent security" framing for NCVs, people can look up what the counterinsurgency "norms" were to see that what's going on is extremely far from normal tactics and strategy.

Interestingly, it does look like the 4th decile in particular has a dip in debt to monthly income ratio (graph attached).
