See the little black guy in the QT? He knocked up all 3 of the females & today I came home to find this little one at our house after they'd somehow slipped thru the fence. Our neighbours are ridiculously ill equipped to separate Māmā & baby from agro Dad so they're both with us for the foreseeable.

OK so about 500ml of sauce came out of this. Bottle on left still has the solids while the bottle on the right has been strained/sieved. I added probably about 2-3tbsp of honey to sweeten but honestly it's so fucking hot you can't taste much beyond the savouriness of the onions & garlic.

OK we're almost a week in. I "burp" the jar every evening and I'm seeing lots of bubbles and a cloudiness happening at the bottom of the jar. There's also been a bit of overflow hence the plate underneath to catch it. No mould so not concerned about contamination. Seems to be going ok?
