Democrats do not give in. People must take it to the Republicans. If Democrats do not hold the line on these two social services they will have done nothing to save them. If SNAP and the ACA end it is the painful cruel reality of the Republican Budget and will wait until there’s a new Congress.

It is the moral, ethical, and yes legally right for Democratic States and Cities to engage in Soft Secession by withholding federal taxes. This would not violate the Supremacy Clause, has immense precedent in US history, & the time to act is NOW.
