Pushed over 2,000 miles in total for the year today. 16 miles with nearly 1,900 feet of vert.

That much vert in flat Indiana? Yep, that's thanks to focusing on the hills.

I'm doing my 2027 Western States qualifier, the Dinosaur Valley 100K.

First run in my new HOKA Mafate 5s. Ten trail miles w/30 minutes hard.

4 easy miles, ran from work home albeit not the most direct route so I could get in the prescribed mileage. Fueled with a gluten-free @honeystinger waffle.

I never thought a jacket could make such a difference, but the PAKA Mayu has completely transformed my bike commuting experience.

When traveling like I am now, I often have to improvise meals and snacks. It can be tricky as someone with Celiac Disease.

But I don't sacrifice in what I like and nutrition.

A gluten-free @HoneyStinger waffle with a little peanut butter is exactly what I need to start the day.
