NEW: Before the recent Epstein disclosures, Larry Summers was poised to lead the economic policy plank for the Democrats' "Project 2029" effort at the Center for American Progress. He signed off on a housing policy paper CAP was prepping for next week.

I saw a lot of people pretend that Summers’ sexism was taken out of context but here he is emailing pedophile Jeffrey Epstein 10 years after the scandal, explaining that he thinks women have lower average IQs than men. I think he’s just a misogynist, nothing more to it

Demsas is back on her bullshit. She’s revised the incorrect justification she used before (Social Security) and replaced it with a new reason to punish immigrants: they dare to have children.
No mention of this penalty applies to US born kids of immigrants (also known as citizens)

The Trump administration has negotiated a sweetheart deal for the purchase of TikTok by American firms. It just so happens that these firms are tied to Trump supporters. Some already have experience manipulating traditional news sources in a pro-Trump direction. Is TikTok next?
Andreessen Horowitz, which will be one of three firms to lead the acquisition of TikTok, is headed by Marc Andreessen, a Silicon Valley tech titan who considered himself to be "an unpaid intern" of Elon Musk's DOGE. But he's not the only major Trump ally involved with this deal
