For anyone curious, here's a summary of what I found about HR7, which has just been referred to the subcommittee on health as of 12/17. It outright bans federal funding to abortions or health plans that cover abortions, with exceptions for rape, incest, and life of the pregnant person.

It annoys me the most that the SCOTUS literally gave Biden the power to do whatever he wanted with trump (presidential immunity) and he did nothing. He could've had trump executed for treason and said it was an official act and he would've technically been within his legal right to do so!
