Hybrid is supposed to be either/or, but that only affects the casting cost. Once a hybrid permanent is on the battlefield it *is* both colors. I mocked up a copy of Kitchen Finks that behaves the way it should function to work in Commander.

I sort-of fixed it for the way people *want* it to work. This would be either/or instead of still being both. Ideally the frame would look more like a multicolor artifact and there would be a symbol for this in the cost, but this is the best I could cobble together on mtg.design

What is drinking and making Hulk Hogan’s life difficult?
In Japan, Andre preferred tallboys of American beer, such as Budweiser. He always had at least one flat of 24 cans at his feet. Whenever he drained one, he would crush it flat in his massive hand and throw it at the back of young Hogan’s head. It was Hogan’s job to keep count of the cans thrown his way. Imagine throwing empty beer cans at Hulk Hogan’s head—and living to tell the tale. Life’s a bit different when you’re Andre the Giant.

If white can’t do it on its own then aren’t they designing to bleed red’s pie into white? We already have Waves of Aggression, so what hurdle are they trying to lower?
