Maduro is evil; that’s not the point. By striking Venezuela without Congressional approval, the U.S. discarded the post-WWII rules meant to stop powerful nations from overthrowing smaller ones, bypassing its own constitutional guardrails. When law becomes optional, power becomes precedent.
