Private donations are illegal. According to the Constitution, Congress is responsible for creating & paying the military. If Trump's billionaire buddies want to help the country, they should pay their fair share of taxes and donate a minimum of $1 billion each to the US Treasury in perpetuity.

Waiting to see if the senate passes the Social Security Fairness Act. Lots of people are getting it wrong. If you did not pay into SS and got a pension only, no change. If you had a prior or post position where you had a job with no pension and paid into SS, you get SS based on those earnings only.

The changes coming are disastrous and only benefit the very rich. People will suffer until the pendulum swings back.
I have no sympathy for those who voted against the interests of women, POC, LBGTQ+, poor/middle class, and choice when they realize the disasters will impact them also.
