I love her music but often feel sad when I think of her because of the appalling way she was treated in her life. At those times I like to see this photo of her when she seemed truly happy.

All good here, thanks. As you probably know from your English operation, it snowed last night, so I'm staying in bed. You know how hopeless it is in this country when the first snow falls. And the snow was unexpected, so it'll be mayhem out there.

It's certainly here in Gloucestershire.
