Other than finishing the fucking thing, my favorite part of the marathon was two finishers - one running with an Israeli flag in a batman costume to honor the Beibas kids and one running with a Palestinian flag - taking a post-race photo together for peace and human rights for all. I teared up.

Are student readers more likely to read an intro than a preface? Obviously, in dialogue with my WONDERFUL editor about this, but would like to hear from Bluesky folks who might be interested in the book. (I'll share lots more details once it is officially in production & I have a publication date).
