Trump has halted or dropped enforcement actions against 160+ corporations, including:

-42 consumer protection cases at CFPB
-20 foreign bribery cases at DOJ
-6 employment discrimination cases at EEOC
-7 crypto cases at SEC

It's a new golden age for corporate criminals.

The IPPR has proposed large increases in gambling taxes, to raise £3bn to "lift around half a million children out of poverty overnight".

I'm torn. It's a good tax to raise. But £3bn may be optimistic. And it will mostly be gamblers paying the tax.

Be warned: this is a call to gut essential public services to pad corporate profits.

After Trump's win, they gave $1M to his inaugural and listed his meme coin.

Now, Trump's SEC has dropped a major lawsuit against Coinbase.

Cost of cutting corporate tax rate to 15%: $1 trillion

Both Trump proposals will explode the deficit and be used as an excuse to gut programs that millions rely on.
