The thing about a Passive House is that the MVHR system must be maintained and serviced. The Paul unit at home has been working away for 13 years and is overdue a full check-up. Is there anyone in Ireland that does this? Please DM with suggestions 🙏🙏🙏

Just listened back to Young Fathers’ sound track for 28 Years Later. Dystopian yes, but also very good. Their arrangement of Boots (Rudyard Kipling) will take you somewhere you don’t want to go. True horror.

Wonderful afternoon spent at TU Dublin Grangegorman campus learning about ongoing work with local sustainable energy communities, district heating projects & exploring universities as living labs.
