No kidding, seeing all this happen even if I'm not from the US is a huge deterrent for me coming out. The sudden spike and normalisation of transphobia is outright terrifying and I fear for my safety if I publicly come out. Fucking hate the rise of anti-trans sentiment worldwide.

He was the father of two and his wife was pregnant. She is due with their third child next month.
