Running two businesses, managing client launches, recovering from Covid, and still pulling a B on an exam?

I’d say that’s a win. Feeling pretty satisfied—thank you very much! 🎉

AI is not some magical wand that will save your time or fix your problems overnight. 😣

If you don’t take the time to learn how to use it properly, it won’t help you—it’ll just add to the chaos.

The best part about not having kids in the house and running my own work schedule?

I get to enjoy the little luxuries—like sleeping in. Saturdays, Sundays… and yes, even the occasional Tuesday. I honestly love my sleep!

Any fellow sleep-lovers out there?

Last year, I set a goal: 24 books, 1/3 fiction.

By October, I lost track but ended with ~50.

Why? I didn’t force a “1 book a week” rule. Some months, none. Others, many.

The lesson? Goals succeed when you know yourself and stay flexible on the path.

Startup dilemma: I have a validated software idea ready to execute.
Key question: Should I pursue a technical co-founder (CTO) or hire developers?

Looking for insights from founders who've made this choice! 💡
