So we know how to end this. Frump should be accused of conviction by Congress for "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors" or we can choose the other route. We certainly have evidence to enforce the 25th Amendment because Frump is definitely unable to perform duties and is insane.
