So I’ve heard. I can’t imagine why they can’t because it’s always been no problem for me.

I have been hearing from someone who now has refugee status but is too traumatised to work. My heart broke to hear his story. He feels such shame about his mental health & feels heartsore. Hopefully our support will give him hope & help him heal.

Had 1 non hormonal device that sat without attachment, no problems. Got a different one that required attachment and gave up after 6 months. It was just too awful.

Both cats deigned to spend time on or near me this evening. I have won at life today.

I hear you. Two weeks ago on Sunday I pulled an intercostal muscle on my left, rolling over in bed. Then on the Wednesday I laughed at work. That’ll teach me! Made it 100x worse and sent it over to the right side AS WELL! Finally getting easier…. Hope it’s not two weeks for you.

My boobs were sore, so I knew. I had to wait to test.

After 40 or so years of poor body image, covering up because I was told I was too skinny, I’ve done some trauma healing work and now appreciate my body and it’s awesomeness 🥰
It’s amazing to be able to enjoy summer weather in shorts 😎
