Landlords say they can’t afford a rent freeze, but have $2.5M to give to Cuomo. Reminds me of corporations that spend millions to bust unions instead of just raising wages and offering benefits. Doing the right thing is always cheaper than the cost to block it.

Another day of a Green Line issue and failure. @wmata.com @metrorailinfo.bsky.social @wmatagm.bsky.social you need to push forward your Yellow Line alt to Greenbelt because December is not acceptable at this rate if Green line is having issues daily whether it be signal, train, trespasser issues
