Happy Holidays!

I managed to finish this wonderful model yesterday. This is my 20th - and final - mini this year. I'm quite proud of it and I hope it brings a smile to your face if you see it!

I took a small break from Games Workshop minis to paint something else - Baratheon Stag Knights from A Song of Ice and Fire by CMON. It was fun to paint entire squad so quickly, in comparison with GWs miniatures.

I'm cleaning up a bunch of old files off of my computer, here are some Beast Snagga Boyz I painted a few years ago that I'm still quite proud of!

Two layers of Plaguebearer Flesh Contrast Paint + Seraphim Sepia Shade Wash is still my favorite formula for painting ork skin.
Ork Beast Snagga Boyz for the Games Workshop game Warhammer 40,000. They have yellowish-green skin and brown leather uniforms with yellow armor details. Their weapons are all dirty and rusty. They are on desert bases.

Bloaters and Pestigors for my Doritos and Mountain Dew themed Nurgle Blood Bowl Team!

Most of these guys I painted about 2 years ago when I was experimenting with pigment powders. The newer guys are brighter and I used drybrushing for the dorito dust instead. #nerdlings #bloodbowl

Dark Eldar / Druhkari Razorwing jetfighter done in a worn bone scheme. Was so much fun to work on as even the biggest painting mistake could be turned into a weathering opportunity. Mostly done with washes, drybruhing and sponging.
