I am all kinds of geekiness.
I'll just say "Daddy would have gotten us Uzis." 🤣

I mean, it would have made it demonstrably superior. #HorrorWatch

I'm glad I'm not the only person who spends some viewings thinking of ways I could fix the movie. 🤣 #HorrorWatch

Well, I can't say I'm unhappy about having missed that one back in the day. This really does read like the writers kept quitting and getting replaced in the middle of filming. #HorrorWatch

That's his name, don't wear it out, lady. #HorrorWatch

OMG, the cartoon slapping noises are ridiculous. Staaaaaahp. #HorrorWatch
November 16, 2025 at 3:17 AM
Oh, man, I love that movie. Unfortunately, I'm not feeling great, so I will take my stuffy nose to bed instead. Catch you maybe next time?

:gestures: There ya go. #HorrorWatch

What the what? Ok, so now it's turning into one of those Evil Twin Star Trek episodes. Did the writers get changed out halfway through the production? #HorrorWatch

Erin Moran, we all hate it, too, even though the latticework looks really pretty. #HorrorWatch

For a second I thought Robert Englund was also gonna kiss the crewmate next to him for luck. Just gonna go ahead and make that my head canon. #HorrorWatch

I wish the dark shots were a little better lit - my elderly eyes are not appreciating it. #HorrorWatch

The big worm monster looked like a Drashit from "Doctor Who"! #HorrorWatch
November 16, 2025 at 2:51 AM
Oh FFS. :reaches back in time to jack-slap whoever set up that nekkid monster attack scene. #HorrorWatch

It's weird that the exterior shots look real enough, but the 'viewing port' exterior shots look fake as hell. #HorrorWatch
November 16, 2025 at 2:42 AM
Oh, the crystal caltrop moving up his arm on the inside was really creepy! More of that, please, movie. #HorrorWatch
November 16, 2025 at 2:40 AM
Oh, ha! I wonder what other pieces of the set were purchased from defunct series? #HorrorWatch

"Quohog!" Is his name a Moby Dick reference? #HorrorWatch

And here's the Alien rip-off part, and I'm rooting for the squiggly things! #HorrorWatch

"You're not old, Commander"
"Not when I'm looking at you, I'm not."

EWWWWWWWWW. 80's men, can you not HEAR yourselves? #HorrorWatch
November 16, 2025 at 2:28 AM
Well, thank god they packed the shitty 70s flashlights; otherwise they'd never be able to (sort of, kind of) see six inches in front of their feet! #HorrorWatch
November 16, 2025 at 2:25 AM
The alien attacking could have been spooky, too, if they'd left off the comedy slap noises. :snort: #HorrorWatch
November 16, 2025 at 2:24 AM
Sid Haig is also in this; you've probably seen him in half a dozen movies/tv shows. Biggest surprise on his filmography is that he was in "Electra Woman and Dyna Girl!" #HorrorWatch
November 16, 2025 at 2:22 AM
See, without the squeaky soundtrack, this part is kinda spooky. Creeping around wrecked spaceships full of dead crew members will always be terrifying, especially when it's just the ambient noises with no soundtrack. #HorrorWatch

They all have floodlights on their shoulders, yet they're not illuminating anything. Aren't you glad we have LED flashlights now? #HorrorWatch
