I haven't watched a lot of #RobertRedford 's movies. But I have to say, "All Is Lost" (2013) made an impression on me.
Just one guy, alone, on a sinking sailboat in the middle of the ocean. Barely a word of dialog in the entire film. But it was gripping.
Have to watch it again now.

After draining the rink this year, we had this bit of leftover ice. It's weird. Very fragile, and breaks up into long hexagonal crystals.

I'm not an anthropologist, but I think there's some question whether the first caveman who ever sharpened a stick intended it for use on animals, or on other people. Or whether he would have even made a distinction.
The history of firearms specifically is much shorter, and we know more about it.

Your dogs seem so cuddly, I get jealous. My dog (a Shiba Inu) is aloof and totally non-cuddly. He only barely tolerates cuddles... until he doesn't and then you get a warning bite.
