Absolutely disgusting.
Legally, a president cannot cancel funding that congress has already approved. The most he can legally do is temporarily delay it under a specific set of circumstances. As far as anyone can tell, he has not once delayed funding correctly under the Impoundment Control Act.

Absolutely disgusting.

If a good portion of cisgender people use X, would it be harder for corrupt agencies to target trans and nonbinary people? Do we need legally registered gender? Passports didn’t list gender until 1977.
